Getting started with the editor

An editor for AVAA Toolkit's XML documents is available in the browser.

To begin, start AVAA Toolkit by running the launcher (avaa-toolkit.exe on Windows or avaa-toolkit.sh on Linux/macOS)

Then go to avaa-toolkit.org. If internet is not available, use the provided offline editor (open index.html)

Once connected, the editor will display a list of available documents: Connected Screen

By default, the editor is allowed to find, create and edit files in the projects folder.

It is possible to allow other folders via the editor's config panel Config panel button

Use the New document button to create a new document in the corresponding folder.
